Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Workshop Enrollment Policy

Logic Work Hub Pty Ltd limits workshop registration to guarantee small-group attention and personalized chart journal critiques. When you reserve a seat, that capacity is reserved exclusively for you, preventing other candidates from enrolling in that intake.

2. Workshop Cancellation & Refund Timeframes

If you need to cancel your attendance for an upcoming in-person workshop or masterclass in Narrandera, the following refund schedule applies based on when written notice is received by our administrative desk:

• More than 30 Days Prior to Workshop Start: Full refund of all tuition fees paid, minus a $75 AUD administrative processing fee. Alternatively, you may transfer 100% of your payment toward a future cohort within 12 months with no fee.
• Between 15 and 30 Days Prior to Workshop Start: 50% refund of the total workshop tuition. Alternatively, you may transfer your full balance to a future cohort subject to a $150 AUD rescheduling fee.
• 14 Days or Less Prior to Workshop Start: No cash refund is available because workshop seating, catered meals, and personalized workbook printings will have been finalized. However, you may transfer your seat to a designated colleague or qualified peer at no additional charge (see Seat Substitution below).

3. Non-Refundable Items & Work Already Started

The following items and services are strictly non-refundable:

• Physical Workbooks Dispatched/Opened: Customized spiral-bound 180-page master workbooks and measurement rulers already shipped to the participant prior to the workshop ($160 AUD material deduction).
• One-on-One Mentorship Sessions Delivered: Any completed 90-minute private consultation or journal audit sessions already conducted.
• No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend their registered workshop cohort without prior written notice forfeit the entire tuition fee.

4. Rescheduling by Participant

We understand unexpected professional or personal circumstances arise. You may request to reschedule your workshop attendance to a subsequent intake date once per booking, provided written notice is given at least 15 days prior to the originally scheduled start date.

5. Seat Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your confirmed seat to another individual (such as an analytical colleague, business partner, or fellow trader) at any time up to 48 hours before Day 1. Please provide the substitute participant's name, email, phone number, and any dietary requirements in writing to our administrative team.

6. Workshop Cancellation or Rescheduling by Logic Work Hub

In the rare event that Logic Work Hub must postpone or cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, severe regional weather, or emergency facility disruption:

• You will be offered a 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid, or priority placement in the rescheduled intake.
• Participants maintain independent responsibility for their personal travel and lodging reservations. We encourage selecting flexible booking terms.

7. Refund Request & Processing Procedure

To request a refund or seat transfer, follow this process:

1. Send an email to info@logic-workhub.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Workshop Code].
2. Include your invoice number, registration confirmation date, and the reason for your cancellation.
3. Our administrative coordinator will evaluate your request against the timeframe criteria within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days using the original method of payment.
