1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant", "Client", or "User") and Logic Work Hub Pty Ltd (ABN/ACN registered in Australia, "Logic Work Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), having its primary educational workshop studio at Mia Thompson, 22 Placeholder Rd, Narrandera, NSW, New South Wales, 2700.

By submitting a workshop registration, reserving a seat, attending a live training session, or browsing logic-workhub.click, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Educational Nature of Services & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

All materials, workshops, manual charting workbooks, bar replay drills, and one-on-one sessions provided by Logic Work Hub are delivered strictly for educational and instructional purposes.

Logic Work Hub operates exclusively as an educational technical analysis training studio under Australian standards. Our workshops teach geometric technical analysis and classical chart pattern identification principles. We specialize in group educational training rather than personal financial product advice, investment recommendations, or individualized capital management directives. Any market setups analyzed during workshops are historical or theoretical case studies designed to illustrate pattern recognition mechanics.

3. Workshop Registration & Seat Allocation

Workshop cohorts are capped at 12 to 14 participants to ensure high-quality individual feedback. A provisional registration does not guarantee a seat until the required deposit has been received and confirmed in writing by our administrative desk. Logic Work Hub reserves the right to decline registrations where prerequisites are not met.

4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All spiral-bound physical workbooks, digital charts, measurement templates, and curriculum documents provided during training are the proprietary intellectual property of Logic Work Hub Pty Ltd.

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use workshop materials for your individual market study.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, broadcast, or teach commercial courses using our proprietary workbooks or curriculum without prior written consent from Logic Work Hub.
• Audio or video recording during in-person studio sessions is strictly prohibited to protect participant privacy and proprietary training methods.

5. Participant Conduct & Studio Safety

Participants attending in-person sessions at our Narrandera studio are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct toward fellow attendees and instructors. Logic Work Hub reserves the right to dismiss any attendee exhibiting disruptive or harassing behavior without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth):

• Logic Work Hub makes no warranties or representations regarding trading profitability or financial outcomes resulting from the application of technical analysis methods taught.
• Financial market participation involves inherent risk of capital loss. You assume complete responsibility for your independent market decisions.
• Logic Work Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our training programs.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
